A day of painting & energy wellness with Sue Hooper

Sunday, 9:30 to 4:30, Nov. 20th  $85.

Everyone is creative! The class is open to beginners and people with art experience who want to explore

further.  We will start the day with fun exercises to boost our energies and help calm down any fears that may block us. Working with graphite, chalk and charcoal we will explore line, composition, emotions and color. Eden Energy Medicine shows you how to understand and work with your body’s reservoir of electromagnetic and more subtle energies to support your immune system, enhance your health and your state of mind. Sue will introduce students to some energy exercises that increase our joy and  vitality and students will learn simple ways to help calm stress. Includes materials, tea/coffee and homemade cookies. Please bring a lunch.
